Briged Waqaf is a voluntary-based group of which members are the employees of Johor Corporation and its Group of companies. They are actively involved in providing humanitarian aids and conducting social programmes. In 2015, three Humanitarian Aid Missions were launched whereby members of Briged Waqaf were deployed to help the victims of flood disaster in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. In order to uplift the competency of its members, a three-day Disaster Relief Management and Emergency Aid training was conducted by Kompeni Khalid Al-Walid on 9 May 2015 at Tunjuk Laut Beach Resort, Tanjung Leman, Mersing. In 2016, the annual parade of Briged Waqaf was held on 22nd October as a training platform for the volunteers. As part of our responsibility, Briged Waqaf had also volunteered in helping the fire victims and restoration of Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru post the fire break out.
