PUSPATRI is organising its Convocation Ceremony on 12 December 2011 at 8.00 am. The ceremony is taking place at Tanjung Puteri 301, Persada Johor. VIP in attendance being YB Dato’ Saifuddin Abdullah, Deputy Miinster of Higher Education. Also attending, Tuan Haji Kamaruzzaman Abu Kassim, President & Chief Executive, Johor Corporation.

JCorp is holding an MOU Signing Ceremony with Evyap Sabun Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Musim Mastika Oils & Fats (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Kiswire Cord Sdn Bhd as well as a Concession Agreement between Tanjung Langsat Port Sdn Bhd and Langsat Terminal (Three) Sdn Bhd. Also, an Agreement for Lease is to be signed between Langsat Marine Base Sdn Bhd and Langsat Terminal (Three) Sdn Bhd. These occurrences are in conjunction with the Visit of The Prime Minister of Malaysia to Iskandar Malaysia which is taking place at Puteri Harbour, Nusajaya.

Johor Corporation is organising Hari Mekar Kumpulan Johor Corporation 2011 beginning 7 December 2011 to 9 December 2011. This year, the 3-day quality circle of JCorp Group is being hosted by Johor Land Berhad.

Categories of competition being contested this year ranging from Informative & Creative Circle (ICC) of Services and Cross Functional Teams (XFT), CEMPAKA and Innovative Exhibition. 7 teams of distinguished quality categories are representing JCorp Headquarters.

An MOU Signing Ceremony Between JCorp, MARA and TERAJU has taken place on 26 November 2011 at the Grand Ballroom, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The tripartite agreement was an enabler to a cooperative programme with the objective to lead, manage and drive the initiative to strengthen the Bumiputera Development Agenda.

The signing was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Sri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia Cum TERAJU Chairman.
 

PKP Perbadanan Johor’s Family Day 2011 was held on 26 November 2011 at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort, Kota Tinggi. The event was officiated by Puan Hajah Noor Laila Yahaya, Representative of JCorp’s President & CEO Cum Chairman of Mutiara Johor Corporation.

Various activities were being carried out such as aerobic exercise, telematch, kid’s fashion show, colouring contest and volleyball competition.
 

Johor Corporation is in participation for 'Karnival Kerjaya, Perniagaan dan Kemahiran (KEPAK) 2011' on 24 November 2011 till 27 November 2011 at Dewan Jubli Intan Ledang, Johor. This 4-day carnival begins at 9.00 am and ends at 7.00 pm daily. The closing ceremony will be officiated by YAB Dato’ Haji Abdul Ghani Bin Othman, Menteri Besar of Johor.

KEPAK 2011 is co-organised by Johor State Economic Planning Unit and IRDA, whereby Johor Corporation Group acts as the strategic partner.

The Closing Ceremony of Medaniaga BISTARI 2011 has occurred on 19 November 2011 at @mart Kempas Community Hypermarket, Johor Bahru. The ceremony was officiated by YBhg Tuan Haji Kamaruzzaman Abu Kassim, President & CEO of Johor Corporation. 30 schools across the State of Johor involving 450 participants inclusive of trainer-teachers, Tunas BISTARI participants, mentors dan instructors were involved in this programme. Activities ranged from Entrepreneurship Talks, Sales, Choral Speaking Competition, CATUR BISTARI Challenge of Johor State Consumer Club and Product Demonstration.

Johor Corporation Group will be participating in the 3-day BN Youth Job Fair 2011 organised by BN Youth beginning 18 to 20 November 2011 at Tun Razak Hall, PWTC. The fair and exhibition is expecting to start at 10.00 am and ends at 7.00 pm daily.

The primary objective is to have real companies offering real jobs satisfying both the employer being the employer of choice and the job seekers as the employee of choice. BN Youth Job Fair 2011 also serves as a platform creating a branding exercise and a recruitment drive where the right employer meeting the right employee face to face while “maximizing career opportunities” for the coming year 2012.

The Ground Breaking Ceremony of the new camp for Johor Military Forces (JMF) was held on 17 November 2011 at Jalan Datin Halimah, Johor Bahru. The ceremony was solemnised by Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Sultan And The Sovereign Ruler Of The State Of Johor And Its Territory.

Timbalan Setia Negeri Johor Camp Ground Breaking Ceremony will take place at Jalan Datin Halimah Johor Bahru on 17 November 2011. The solemnization ceremony will be officiated by Duli Yang Maha Mula Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Sultan and the Sovereign Ruler of The State Of Johor Darul Ta’zim And Its Territories. The new state military camp project is managed by TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Johor Corporation. Construction of the camp is expected to complete by the year 2018 with 4 phases of development.
