Year 2012

PEDOMAN Johor Corporation 2012 had successfully taken place on 11 January 2012. This year, the employee’s session has cordially involved companies within JCorp Group. Among the agendas of the session being the flashbacks of JCorp’s activity throughout the previous year, performance review of JCorp and its major Public Listed Companies (PLC’s) and President & CEO’s words for thought. In consequent, KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd and KPJ Healthcare Berhad collaboratively launched their initiative for the hearing-impaired through a joint-venture programme called Whispers of Hope, whereby it attends to the needs of the hearing-impaired aged up to 18 years.

PEDOMAN or Perhimpunan Dialog & Amanat is an annual staff gathering with presence of JCorp’s Senior Management. It is a medium to disseminate recent info’s and updates pertaining to JCorp Group where staff’s feedbacks are being heard, welcomed and addressed by the respective top management, as well as to refresh the determination of staff for their individual and JCorp’s collective goods. PEDOMAN is where the Islamic Concept of Syura (Consultation) is being put in practice.
 

Eyes And Ears At Sea Programme (EYES) was held on 9 January 2012 at Tanjung Langsat Port, Pasir Gudang, Johor. This programme was jointly organised by the Malaysian Maritime Authority Agency and Johor Bunkering Services Association (J-Bunker) with support from Tanjung Langsat Port Sdn Bhd (an entity within Johor Corporation Group of Companies).

This programme was introduced to enhance the cooperation between Malaysian Maritime and communities of maritime as well as the public at large, besides increasing the awareness towards maritime law’s compliance, hence creating a safe and conducive ocean environment.
